A small family business that has been trading for almost 40 years in one form or another, Autotech is situated at the end of an industrial area with no passing trade. Therefore other than expensive advertising campaigns the web offers the only other means of garnering new custom other than word-of-mouth.

Fortunately, the business does have a strong following of regulars and there is a gradual stream of new customers reacting to recommendation. In a downturn though it is every businessman for himself and no business is immune to market shortcomings.
