Let me introduce myself…
“I am Stephen Green BSc Hons MBCS AMIAP AMIETÂ and author of Nichepreneur UK a website dedicated to the creation of internet businesses. I am a Web Designer and former University Lecturer and I have managed a number of clients over many years through my Web Hosting Service at South Bucks Net. I have membership of some of the most influential Institutes in Computer Technology and Engineering and have a First Class Honours Degree in Web Development at BNU.”
Many people in Buckinghamshire will know of me as a former, registered Podiatrist, since I had my own surgery practices in High Wycombe and Prestwood for almost 30 years.
I have always been a very keen Website Designer in my spare time, ever since the birth of the World Wide Web, having built websites for many local businesses and at bargain basement rates.
It was only as I entered my fifth decade that I decided that this was the direction I wished to take in my autumn years, since I had actually spent much longer studying Web Design, than I had ever needed to study medicine.
In order to have some credibility, I embarked on a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Development, a decision that may have seemed odd to many of my friends and family, but which was possibly the best decision I ever made.
At university I consistently achieved exceptional results and was ultimately presented with awards, both by the Institute of Engineering and Technology and by the university itself, for my work on Elearning and database construction.
At the end of my first year I was invited to lecture at the university, because of my knowledge of website design.
